Q: Can I add bath salt or oil or foot soak herbs into the water container?

It is not recommended to add bath salts or essential oil into the water container because the device has water wave surfing function with heat and it may block the water pipe or filter if it is not cleaned up properly right after use.

If you choose to, you can add small amount of bath salt or bath oil (such as tea tree essential oil or similar ones) or foot soak herbs to the water container after the water is being heated up or under surfing function. Or, you can have the salts or essential oil dissolved in water prior putting it into the water container.

Whenever you put bath salts or essential oil into the water, make sure you clean up the water container right after use to make sure no any salt or oil left inside water pipe or water filter.

The proper way to clean up the water container is to use clean water to run through the water surfing function for about 30 seconds and drain out water completely so as to make sure there is no any left over inside the water pipe.
Q: Should I install the 4 caster wheels on bottom of massager?

Yes. For easy transport, these 4 wheels are not assembled in factory. Gently slide in the wheels and have them locked once the massager is ready to use. Release its locking system before you try to move it around.

Note: once you assemble the wheels, try not to pull it out again so often; otherwise, it may cause damage to the wheel hook.
Q: Can I set up different working time?

Yes. The device has preset working time of 30 minutes. It'll stop working automatically when the time is up. If you want to use it for longer time, turn on the power again.

It is recommended to take a 10 to 15 minutes break for every 60 minutes of use. It is recommended not to use more than 120 minutes continuously.

If you need to clean up water drips inside container, try to use a dry towel to clean up water; do not pour water toward the control panel direction.

There is maximum and minimum water level mark on the wall of water container. Do not put in water more than its maximum water level.
Q: Can I put in warm water into the water container?

Yes, you can do so to speed up heating time. However, because its present minimum water temperature is 35 Celsius degree (95oF), do not put in warm water that is higher than 35 Celsius degree.
