FAQ:

Cannot get the remote to work:

• Turn ON the master power switch on the machine. (Refer to the manual on page 5, section (2) how to turn on the master power switch).
• Point the remote’s infrared light tip to the CENTER point of top panel of the machine (it should be a straight line between the infrared light tip and the center of the top panel of the machine) and press the remote to see if the machine responds (red LED light flashes). This is to test if the remote battery has power or not. If the machine responds, it means the remote battery has power. If there is no respond from the machine, try to check if the remote battery is with correct +/- direction inside the battery compartment.
• Point the remote’s infrared light tip to the CENTER point of top panel of the machine (it should be a STRAIGHT LINE between the infrared light tip and the center of the top panel of the machine) within 1 meter or less and press the remote to turn on or turn off the machine.
• Still not working? Try to replace the cell battery (CR2025 3V) on the remote.
• Note: only let the user hold and operate the remote so as to maintain a straight line within 1 meter between the remote infrared light tip and the center point of the machine.
